Order cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement. After that window, cancellation requests are not accepted. Email hello@luxemia.shop immediately with your order number.

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Mauritius. U.S. standard shipping is $14.99 below $199 and free at $199 and above. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, LuxeMia does not accept voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges. For genuine shipping damage or defect, an incorrect item, or a missing item, contact LuxeMia within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a continuous unboxing/opening video showing the unopened package, shipping label, opening process, contents, and item condition.
